A CLOSER LOOK AT THE PENTAGRAM

The pentagram, or five-pointed star, is a symbol most commonly associated with Paganism today. This association, in particular the wearing of a pentagram as an amulet, has only been with us since the late 1960s, or so it is believed. However, the pentagram itself is a very ancient symbol, and one that has long been connected with mysticism and magick.
Although the origins of the magickal five-pointed star may appear to have been lost in time, early known examples have been discovered dating back to around 3,500 BCE in ancient Mesopotamia (modern day Iraq). From that time onwards, the pentagram has been referred to by differing names and used by various people, all of who have felt connected to this five-pointed star.
The Hebrews referred to the Pentateuch, which related to the first five books of the Bible that represented the concept of truth. In ancient Greece, the followers of Pythagoras referred to the Pentalpha, a five-pointed star formed by five "A"s ("alpha" being the first letter of the Greek alphabet), and this symbol represented absolute perfection. The Druids were believed to consider the pentagram represented a symbol for "Godhead", while to the Egyptians, it represented the "underground womb". Even medieval Christians were drawn to the pentagram, attributing its five points to the five wounds of Christ.
In magick, the pentagram is considered as the very important symbol for it represents the four elements of Life (being Earth, Air, Fire and Water), as well as Spirit, which makes up the fifth point. Therefore, when the pentagram is drawn upright, Spirit (the Unseen, the Divine Source) presides over the other four more Earthly bound elements.
Air is the element that represents intelligence and the arts, and is represented by the upper left point of the pentagram.
Water represents emotions and intuition, and is represented by the opposite point on the upper right of the pentagram.
The element of Earth relates to stability and physical endurance, and is represented by the lower left point of the pentagram.
Fire is the element which represents courage and daring, and is represented by the lower right point.
The top most point is representative of Spirit, all great Divine.
The pentagram, as drawn above, represents the Higher Consciousness ruling over the lower Elements of our being. It signals the awakening of cosmic consciousness, and our human psyche moving beyond the realms of physical form and the perceptions limited to the five senses. This movement allows for infinite possibilities, which exist within the Universe, to be explored.
Another variation of what the pentagram means is that the three upper points represent the Goddess in her triple aspect - Maiden, Mother, and Crone - while the lower two points represent the God in his twin aspects - God of Light and God of Darkness.
Regardless of whether the points of the pentagram represent the elements or the God and Goddess, one thing is clear - all the points are connected. This means that each element, or image of the God or Goddess, are, in fact, an aspect of all the others - each are a part of the same whole.
But what of the inverted pentagram, where the point is drawn downwards? This symbol is often associated with Satanism and is, therefore, often misunderstood. If, as explained above, each of the points of the pentagram represent an element, then the inverted pentagram, therefore, represents the physical world (four material elements) dominating over Spirit, or Spirit hidden in matter (the material). However, this is not the only meaning the inverted pentagram has.
In some traditions of Wicca, in particularly Gardnerian Wicca, the inverted pentagram is used as a symbol of for someone who has obtained an advanced degree. In this case, the two upper points represent the horns of light, symbol of the God, who is the consort to the Goddess. Also, in medieval times, the inverted pentagram was a sign for Winter. The connection of the inverted pentagram with "evil" is believed to only relate back to the 19th century, when magickan Eliphas Levi illustrated the upright pentagram of microcosmic man beside an inverted pentagram with the goat's head. This goat was referred to as the "Goat of Mendes" (or Baphomet), a name given to a mysterious Deity who the Order of the Knights Templar were believed to have worshipped.

vitruvius Marcus Vitruvius was a Roman architect in 1 BCE and authored the famous treatise on architecture entitled De Architectura. The treatise is broken into 10 different books, each dealing with aspects of architecture, city planning, and machines. His book was the authority on these subjects up through the Renaissance, and still has influences in modern architecture today.
It is in the beginning of Book III, in his discussion on the building of temples, where the concept of Virtruvian Man emerges:

Hi there Tuatha, well I know you'll be offline for a little while...I came across a text of The Da Vinci Code book by Dan Brown first, then a pdf book...can't find my copy at the moment, didn't finish reading the book but did see the movie on DVD...of course books offer so much more in the story telling...so after wondering about checking something out, I decided to scroll down and look at a chapter or two to see what information it held. Chapter by Number. Just Curious to see what was contained in Chapter 72, this of course relates to the Division of a circle by 5.. The Pentagram, 72 x 5=360.. In Astrology a 72 degree aspect, one fifth of a circle is referred to as a Quintile...72 x 2=144 a Bi-Quintile. Curious enough, and guess it was no surprise as the book was basically an introduction, and relates to the Sacred Feminine... Ok catch you next time you are online. Avalon5 QUINTILE When planets are Quintile, one creatively relates externally with another. This aspect can be an indication of uncommon latent creative energy and talent. If active, (and effort is required) natives are usually trend-setters and need an audience. The energy here is specialized and purposely striving toward power. Guess it is the interest that keeps me searching, in this case you have to use keywords ie: rose line and prime meridian combined with other words in the search. The Rose Line from Dan Brown's book also shown in the movie as a brass line in the floor leading up to a stone Column is located at Saint-Sulpice Cathedral in Paris. Saint-Sulpice is the second largest Church in France after Notre-Dame... I kept thinking of Victor Hugo, author of the Hunchback of Notre-Dame and read that he was wedded at Saint-Sulpice... Also read that this brass line is not on the Paris Meridian and was never called a "Rose Line"... Apparantly inside Saint-Sulpice is a sign, while it does not mention "The Da Vinci Code" as the source of info, there is a message that refutes the books claims that the church was formally a pagan place of worship, that the brass line in the floor leading to a stone column is an ancient Rose Line, and the inter-linked letters P.S. on the stained glass windows do not refer to a Mysterious Priory of Sion. Confusing! ... I'd also read that there are Bronze Markers along the streets of Paris as well, 135 of them. These Bronze Markers bear the name "Arago" and trace a line directly through the Church of Saint-Sulpice, The Observatory of Paris and The Gardens of the Palace Royal... Known as "The Rose Line" it marks a path that once passed directly through Paris, this being the original location of " The Prime Meridian " until Greenwich was adopted as the Universal Zero Longitude in 1884.... Paris Meridian Relevance to the Da Vinci Code: Chapters 19 and 22 says that the Sulpice meridian is the same as the Paris Meridian (in the novel called "the Rose Line") and that the church and keystone was built on the site of a pagan temple. In The Da Vinci Code it is referred to as the "Rose Line" and presented as "the world's first prime meridian" (p. 106). Actually the idea of establishing a prime meridian dates back to antiquity, with suggested meridians running through Rhodes or the Canary Islands. When Greenwich was adopted as the universal zero longitude in 1884 (not 1888 as the novel says), it had at least nine rivals besides Paris (Berlin, Cadiz, Copenhagen, Lisbon, Rio, Rome, St. Petersburg, Stockholm, and Tokyo). It was a long-standing rival to Greenwich as the prime meridian of the world. Origin A French astronomer, Abbé Jean Picard, measured the length of a degree of longitude and computed from it the size of the Earth, in 1655. In 1666, Louis XIV of France authorized the building of a Paris observatory to measure longitude. On Midsummer's Day 1667, members of the Academy of Sciences traced the future building's outline on a plot outside town near the Port Royal abbey, with Picard's meridian exactly bisecting the site north-south. The Arago medallions In 1994 the Arago Association and the city of Paris commissioned a Dutch conceptual artist, Jan Dibbets, to create a memorial to Arago. Dibbets came up with the idea of setting 135 bronze medallions (although interestingly only 120 are documented in the official guide to the medallions) into the ground along the Paris Meridian between the northern and southern limits of Paris: a total distance of 9.2 kilometers / 5.7 miles. Each medallion is 12 cm in diameter and marked with the name ARAGO plus N and S pointers. Another project, the so-called Green Meridian ('An 2000 - La Méridienne Verte'), aims to establish a plantation of trees along the entire length of the meridian in France. Esoteric interpretations In certain circles, some kind of occult or esoteric significance is ascribed to the Paris Meridian; sometimes it is even perceived as a sinister axis. Dominique Stezepfandts, a French conspiracy theorist, attacks the Arago medallions that supposedly trace the route of "an occult geographical line"; to him the Paris Meridian is a "Masonic axis" or even "the heart of the Devil". Henry Lincoln, in his book The Holy Place, argues that various ancient structures are aligned according to the Paris Meridian. They even include medieval churches, built long before the meridian was established according to conventional history, and Lincoln finds it obvious that the meridian "was based upon the 'cromlech intersect division line'." David Wood, in his book Genisis, likewise ascribes a deeper significance to the Paris Meridian and takes it into account when trying to decipher the geometry of the myth-encrusted village of Rennes-le-Château: The meridian passes about 350 meters (yards) west of the site of the so-called "Poussin tomb", an important location in the legends and esoteric theories relating to that place. The Temple Church in London (off Fleet Street on Inner Temple Lane) has 10 tombs, one of which is oddly hidden. The architecture is pagan to the core: the church is round in honor of the sun.
Pagan: The word's roots reach back to the Latin paganus, meaning country-dwellers. "Pagans" were literally unindoctrinated country-folk who clung to the old, rural religions of Nature worship. In fact, so strong was the Church's fear of those who lived in the rural villes that the once innocuous word for "villager" - vilain - came to mean a wicked soul.
In its most specific interpretation, the pentacle symbolizes Venus-the goddess of female sexual love and beauty. Early religion was based on the divine order of Nature. The goddess Venus and the planet Venus were one and the same. The goddess had a place in the nighttime sky and was known by many names-Venus, the Eastern Star, Ishtar, Astarte. The planet Venus traces a perfect pentacle across the ecliptic sky every eight years. The Olympics still follow the half-cycles of Venus.
In the battle between the pagan symbols and Christian symbols, the pagans lost; Poseidon's trident became the devil's pitchfork, the wise crone's pointed hat became the symbol of the witch, and Venus's pentacle became a sign of the devil. Unfortunately, the United Stated military has also perverted the pentacle; it's now our foremost symbol of war. So much for the goddess of love and beauty.
PHI is known as the Divine Proportion: 1.618. It is generally considered the most beautiful number in the universe. PHI is derived from the Fibonacci sequence - a progression famous not only because the sum of adjacent terms equaled the next term, but because the quotients of adjacent terms possessed the astonishing property of approaching the number 1.618 - PHI! The truly mind-boggling aspect of PHI is its role as a fundamental building block in nature. Plants, animals, and even human beings all possessed dimensional properties that adhered with eerie exactitude to the ratio of PHI to 1. PHI's ubiquity in nature clearly exceeds coincidence, and so the ancients assumed the number PHI must have been preordained by the Creator of the universe.
If you divide the number of female bees by the number of male bees in any beehive in the world you will always get the number PHI. The ratio of each spiral's diameter to the next in a spiral seashell equals PHI to 1. The same with a sunflower seed's spiral flower pattern, a pinecone's petals, leaf arrangements on plant stalks, insect segmentation, etc. Measure the distance from the tip of your head to the floor. Then divide that by the distance from your belly button to the floor. It will equal 1.618. The same applies for the distance from your shoulder to your fingertips divided by the distance from your elbow to your fingertips. Hip to floor divided by knee to floor. Finger joints. Toes. Spinal divisions. PHI. PHI. PHI.
Each of us is a walking tribute to the Divine Proportion. The chaos of the world has an underlying order, and when the ancients discovered PHI, they were certain they had stumbled across God's building block for the world, and they worshipped Nature because of that. PHI is found in the artwork of Michelangelo, Albrecht Durer, Da Vinci, etc. It is in the Greek Parthenon, the pyramids of Egypt, and even in the Untied Nations building in New York. It is in the organizational structures of Mozart's sonatas, Beethoven's Fifth Symphony, as well as the works of Bartok, Debussy, and Schubert. Stradivarius even used PHI to calculate the exact placement of the f-holes in the construction of his famous violins. In a pentacle, the lines automatically divide themselves into segments according to PHI. The ratios of line segments in a pentacle all equal PHI, making the symbol the ultimate expression of the Divine Proportion. For this reason, the five-pointed star has always been the symbol for beauty and perfection associated with the goddess and the sacred feminine.
The Romans were so convinced that anagrams held magic power that they referred to the study of anagrams as ars magna - "the great art."

The Saint-Sulpice church, in Paris, has a famous architectural oddity - a strip of brass, or Rose Line, that segmented the sanctuary on a perfect north-south axis marking the former zero longitude line on Earth, the first Prime Meridian. That line is now located in Greenwich, England. The Saint-Sulpice line was also an ancient sundial - the sun's rays moved farther down the line every day, indicating the passage of time from solstice to solstice.

The Mona Lisa carries subtle signs of androgyny. It is a fusing of male and female. The name itself is a clue: "Mona" is an anagram of "Amon", the Egyption god of fertility: a man with a ram's head. It's where "horny"come from. "Lisa" is in homage to "L'isa", the former name of Isis, the female Egyptian goddess who is the counterpart of Amon. In addition to all of this, Mona Lisa is the only portrait made of someone who was not registered in Da Vinci's notebooks detailing exactly who each sitter was. Hence the Mona Lisa smile.
The Catholic Inquisition published the book that arguably could be called the most blood-soaked publication in human society. Malleus Maleficarum indoctrinated the world to "the dangers of freethinking women" and instructed the clergy how to locate, torture, and destroy them. During 300 years of witch hunts, the Church murdered 9 million women. The propaganda and bloodshed had worked...today's world was living proof. Women, once celebrated as an essential half of spiritual enlightenment, had been banished from the temples of the world. The natural sexual union had been recast as a shameful act. Male was considered right-directional, female left. Not even the feminine association with the left-hand side could escape the Church's defamation. In France and Italy, the words for "left" - gauche and sinistra - came to have deeply negative overtones, while their right-hand counterparts rang of righteousness, dexterity, and correctness. To this day, radical thought was considered left wing, irrational thought was left brain, and anything evil, sinister. The days of the goddess were over. The pendulum had swung. Mother Earth had become a man's world, and the gods of destruction and war were taking their toll. The male ego had spent two millennia running unchecked by its female counterpart, the disrespect for Mother Earth growing.
The cross was originally made with four arms of equal length, it was a peaceful cross symbolizing the natural balance of male and female. The Christian crucifix was based on a Roman design that originated as a torture device. "Crucifix" come from the Latin verb cruciare - to torture.
It was beneath Herod's Temple - formerly Solomon's Temple - that the Knights Templar found documents proving Jesus was mortal and had been married to Mary Magdalene, who was actually meant to carry on as leader of the Christian faith. Many missing books of the Bible were located, as well the actual sarcophagus of Mary. The Vatican bought the silence of the Knights, making them extremely powerful and wealthy, so much so that after about 200 years, the current Pope ordered a massacre of all Knights Templar. The orders were given on October 13, 1307. This is where the superstition of Friday the 13th began. The location of Mary and the documents slipped through the Vatican's fingers and into the protection of the Priory of Sion, who have guarded the secrets since. The Priory were created in 1099 by the French King Godefroi de Bouillon, a member of the survivng bloodline of Jesus.
According to the Priory of Sion, the Holy Grail is not a cup at all. They claim the Grail legend - that of a chalice - is actually an ingeniously conceived allegory for the tale of Mary Magdalene - it is Mary who is the Holy Grail, her womb the chalice carrying the seed of Jesus. "Holy Grail" is the literal meaning of "Sangraal", which evolved into Sangreal, and was eventually split into two words, San Greal...Holy Grail. The Grail has spawned legends, wars and lifelong quests. Does it make sense that it is merely a cup? If so, certainly other relics should generate similar or greater interest--The Crown of Thorns, the True Cross of the Crucifixion, the Titulus--and yet, they do not. Throughout history, the Holy Grail has been the most special.
Leonardo Da Vinci knew where the Grail resided during his lifetime. That hiding place has probably not changed to this day.

Jesus was a descendant of the lines of King Solomon and King David. He possessed a rightful claim to the throne of King of the Jews.
More than 80 Gospels existed, only the handful commonly known about were ever made known. The Bible, as we know it today, was collated by the pagan Roman emperor Constantine the Great, who was only baptized on his deathbed, too weak to protest.
In Constantine's day, Rome's official religion was sun worship - the cult of Sol Invictus, or the Invincible Sun - and Constantine was its head priest. It had been three centuries since the crucifixion of Jesus, and the Christians and pagans were warring to such proportions that it threatened to rend Rome in two. In 325 A.D., Constantine decided to unify Rome under a single religion - Christianity. He chose Christianity knowing that it was on the rise and would overtake Sol Invictus eventually.
By fusing pagan symbols, dates, and rituals into the growing Christian tradition, he created a kind of hybrid religion that was acceptable to both parties. Egyptian sun disks became the halos of Catholic saints. Pictograms of Isis nursing her miraculously conceived son Horus became the blueprint for our modern images of the Virgin Mary nursing Baby Jesus. And virtually all the elements of the Catholic ritual - the miter, the altar, the doxology, and communion, the act of "God-eating" - were taken directly from earlier pagan mystery religions.
Nothing in Christianity is original: The pre-Christian god Mithras - called the Son of God and the Light of the World - was born on December 25, died, was buried in a rock tomb, and then resurrected in three days. By the way, December 25 is also the birthday of Osiris, Adonis and Dionysus. The newborn Krishna was presented with gold, frankincense, and myrrh. Even Christianity's weekly holy day was stolen from the pagans, originally falling on the Jewish Sabbath of Saturday, but being shifted to Sunday, the pagan's veneration day of the sun. Sun...Sunday; Sabbath Day...Saturday.
During this fusing of religions, Constantine needed to strengthen the new Christian tradition, and held a famous ecumenical gathering known as the Council of Nicaea. At this gathering, many aspects of Christianity were debated and voted upon - the date of Easter, the role of the bishops, the administration of sacraments, and, of course, the divinity of Jesus. Until that moment in history, Jesus was viewed by His followers as a mortal prophet...a great and powerful man, but a man nonetheless. A mortal. Jesus' establishment as the Son of God was officially proposed and voted on by the Council of Nicaea...and it was a relatively close vote!
Establishing Christ's divinity was critical to the further unification of the Roman empire and to the new Vatican power base. By officially endorsing Jesus as the Son of God, Constantine turned Jesus into a deity who existed beyond the scope of the human world, an entity whose power was unchallengeable. This not only precluded further pagan challenges to Christianity, but now the followers of Christ were able to redeem themselves only via the established sacred channel - the Roman Catholic Church, ie: Constantine. It was all about power. Christ as Messiah was critical to the functioning of Church and state. The early Church literally stole Jesus from His original followers, hijacking his human message, shrouding it in an impenetrable cloak of divinity, and using it to expand their own power.
Jesus was indeed a great and powerful man. Constantine's underhanded political maneuvers don't diminish the majesty of Christ's life. Nobody is saying Christ was a fraud, or denying that he walked the Earth and inspired millions to better lives. All we are saying is that Constantine took advantage of Christ's substantial influence and importance. And in doing so, he shaped the face of Christianity as we know it today.
The twist is this: Because Constantine upgraded Jesus' status almost four centuries after Jesus' death, thousands of documents already existed chronicling His life as a mortal man. To rewrite the history books, Constantine commissioned and financed a new Bible, which omitted those gospels that spoke of Jesus' human traits and embellished those that made him Godlike. The earlier gospels were outlawed, gathered up and burned.
Amyone who chose the earlier gospels over Constantine's version was deemed a heretic. The word "heretic" derives from that moment in history. Its Latin root is haereticus and means "choice." Those who chose the original history were the world's first heretics. That's part of what the Crusades were about. Gathering and destroying information.
Fortunately, some of the banned gospels managed to survive. The Dead Sea Scrolls were found in the 1950's hidden in a cave near Qumran in the Judean desert. And the Coptic Scrolls in 1945 at Nag Hammadi. The Vatican tried very hard to supress these scrolls because they speak of the true meaning of the Grail and also of Christ's ministry in very human terms. The scrolls highlight glaring discrepancies and fabrications, clearly confirming that the modern Bible was compiled and edited by men who possessed a political agenda - to promote the divinity of the man Jesus Christ and use His influence to solidify their own power base.
We worship the gods of our fathers, and just about everything our fathers taught us about Christ is false.
Da Vinci omitted the popular Cup-Grail from his fresco The Last Supper, which is a bit odd considering that both the Bible and our standard Grail legend celebrate that moment as the definitive arrival of the Holy Grail. Instead, he chose to paint the true Grail - Mary Magdalene - sitting at the right hand of Christ. Da Vinci was skilled at painting the difference between the sexes, and close examination of that figure will reveal that it is a woman! She has flowing red hair, delicately folded hands and the hint of a bosom. In the fresco, Jesus and Magdalene are mirror images of eachother. Their clothes are inverse colors, yin and tang. They are joined at the hip and are leaning away from one another, creating a very clear negative space in the shape of "v" - which is a classic symbol for the feminine, the womb, the chalice. Looking closer, you will see that they actually form an "M". Countless Grail-related works contain the hidden letter M. The most blatant M is emblazoned on the altar of Our Lady of Paris in London, which was designed by a former Grand Master of the Priory of Sion, Jean Cocteau.
Jesus as a married man makes more sense than our standard biblical view of Jesus as a bachelor, because Jesus was a Jew. The social decorum during that time virtually forbid a Jewish man to be unmarried...celibacy was condemned. If Jesus was not married, at least one of the Bible's gospels would have mentioned it and offered some explanation for His unnatural state of bachelorhood.
Magdalene is thought to be a prostitute only because of a smear campaign started by the Church to defame her and cover up her dangerous secret of being married to Jesus, which was no secret in the forbidden gospels. Also covered up was the fact that Jesus had given Mary instructions on how to carry on after his death, something which the sexist disciple Peter would have none of! Da Vinci shows Peter's feelings towards Mary by painting him drawing his bladelike hand across Mary's throat! Even stranger is the disembodied hand wielding a dagger, pointing to the left - the feminine.
Mary Magdalene was of the Tribe of Benjamin - she was of royal descent, as was Christ, who was of the House of David - a direct descendant of King Solomon, King of the Jews. By marrying into the powerful house of Benjamin, Jesus fused two royal bloodlines, creating a potent political union with the potential of making a legitimate claim to the throne and restoring the line of kings as it was under Solomon. The legend of the Holy Grail is a legend about royal blood. When Grail legend speaks of 'the chalice that held the blood of Christ'...it speaks of Mary Magdalene - the female womb that carried Jesus' royal bloodline.
The royal bloodline of Jesus Christ is the source of the most enduring legend of all time - the Holy Grail. Magdalene's story has been shouted from the rooftops for centuries in all kinds of metaphors and languages. Her story is everywhere once you open your eyes. The Sangreal documents contain proof that Jesus had a royal bloodline. The word 'Sangreal' derives from 'San Greal' - or Holy Grail. But in its most ancient form, the word 'Sangreal' was divided in a different spot: Sang Real - Royal Blood.
The Chruch never could have survived public knowledge of a bloodline. A child of Jesus would undermine the critical notion of Christ's divinity and therefore the Christian Church, which declared itself the sole vessel through which humanity could access the divine and gain entrance to the kingdom of heaven.
Mary Magdalene became known by many pseudonyms - The Chalice, the Holy Grail, and the Rose. By the way, the word 'rose' is identical in English, French, German, and many other languages. Rose is also an anagram of Eros, the Greek god of sexual love.
Mary Magdalene was pregnant at the time of the crucifixion. For the safety of Christ's unborn child, she had no choice but to flee the Holy Land. With the help of Jesus' uncle, Joseph of Arimathea, Mary secretly traveled to France, then known as Gaul. There she found safe refuge in the Jewish community. It was here in France that she gave birth to a daughter. Her name was Sarah.
Magdalene's and Sarah's lives were scrutinously chronicled by their Jewish protectors. Remember that Magdalene's child belonged to the lineage of Jewish kings - David and Solomon. For this reason, the Jews in France considered Magdalene sacred royalty and revered her as the progenitor of the royal line of kings. Countless scholars of that era chronicled Mary's days in France, including the birth of Sarah and the subsequent family tree. This family tree is one of the cornerstones of the Sangreal documents, all of which take up 4 trunks. Included are what are known as the 'Purist Documents', which are unaltered pre-Constantine documents written by the early followers of Jesus. Also, there is the legendary '"Q" Document' - a manuscript that even the Vatican admits they believe exists. Allegedly, it is a book of Jesus' teachings, possibly written in His own hand. Most people in His time did keep a chronicle of ministry. Another explosive document believed to be included is the 'Magdalene Diaries' - Mary's personal account of her relationshop with Christ, His crucifixion, and her time in France. These are what the Knights Templar found under Solomon's Temple.
Christ's line grew quietly in France until making a bold move in the fifth century, when it intermarried with French royal blood and created a lineage known as the Merovingian bloodline. The Merovingians founded Paris. Many of the Vatican's Grail quests were in fact stealth missions to erase members of the royal bloodline. One such victim was King Dagobert, who was stabbed in the eye while sleeping under orders of the Vatican in collusion with Pepin d'Heristal in the late seventh century. Dagobert's son, Sigisbert, secretly escape, keeping the bloodline alive. One member of the bloodline was Godefroi de Bouillon - founder of the Priory of Sion and the same man who ordered the Knights Templar to recover the Sangreal documents from beneath Solomon's Temple.
The modern Priory of Sion have a threefold charge: They must protect the Sangreal documents, they must protect the tomb of Mary Magdalene, and they must nuture and protect those few members of the royal Merovingian bloodline who have survived into modern times.
Sadly, Christian philosophy decided to embezzle the female's creative power by ignoring biological truth and making man the Creator. Genesis was the beginning and the end for the goddess. The Grail is symbolic of the lost goddess. Legends of chivalric quests for the lost Grail were in fact stories of forbidden quests to find the lost sacred feminine. Knights who claimed to be "searching for the chalice" were speaking in code as a way to protect themselves from a Church that had subjugated women, banished the Goddess, burned nonbelievers, and forbidden pagan reverence for the sacred feminine.
A "scotoma" is when your brain blocks out incongruities and override your eyees when you have a preconceived notion of what your are perceiving.
Works by Da Vinci, Botticelli, Poussin, Bernini, and Victor Hugo all whisper of the quest to restore the sacred feminine. Enduring legends like Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, King Arthur, and SLeeping Beauty were Grail allegories. Hugo's Hunchback of Notre Dame and Mozart's Magic Flute are filled with Masonic symbolism and Grail Secrets. Wagner's opera Parsifal was a tribute to Mary Magdalene and the bloodline of Christ. It's no coincidence that "minstrel" and "minister" share the same etymological root. The minstrels were traveling servants or "ministers" of the Church of Mary Magdalene, using music to disseminate the story of the sacred feminine among the common folk.
Modern playing-card suits are Grail-related symbols that came directly from Tarot's four suits: Spades were Swords - The blade. Male. Hearts were Cups - The chalice. Feminine. Clubs were Scepters - The Royal Line. The flowering staff. Diamonds were Pentacles - The goddess. The sacred feminine.
Disney made it his quiet life's work to pass on the Grail story to future generations. Watching an early Disney movie is like being barraged by an avalanche of allusion and metaphor. Most of Disney's hidden messages dealt with religion, pagan myth, and stories of the subjugated goddess. It was no mistake that Disney retold tales like Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, and Snow White - all of which dealt with the incarceration of the sacred feminine. Snow White - a princess who fell from grace after partaking of a poisoned apple - was a clear allusion to the downfall of Eve in the Garden of Eden. Or that Sleeping Beauty's Princess Aurora - code named "Rose" and hidden deep in the forest to protect her from the clutches of the evil witch - was the Grail story for children.
Some other hidden symbols in Disney films include the word "Sex" floating above Simba's head in the dust particles in The Lion King, and a wealth of symbolism in The Little Mermaid. Notice the painting in Ariel's underwater home - it is Georges de la Tour's The Penitent Magdalene - a famous homage to the banished Mary Magdalene - fitting decor considering the movie turned out to be a ninety-minute collage of blatant symbolic reference to the lost sanctity of Isis, Eve, Pisces the fish goddess, and, repeatedly, Mary Magdalene. The Little Mermaid's name, Ariel, possessed powerful ties to the sacred feminine and, in the Book of Isaiah, was synonymous with "the Holy city besieged." Of course, the Little Mermaids flowing red hair was certainly no coincidence either.
In terms of prophecy, we are currently in an epoch of enormous change. The millenium has recently passed, and with it has ended the two-thousand-year-long astrological Age of Pisces - the fish, which is also the sign of Jesus. The Piscean ideal believes that man must be told what to do by higher powers because man is incapable of thinking for himself. Hence it has been a time of fervent religion. Now, however, we are entering the Age of Aquarius - the water bearer - whose ideals claim that man will earn the truth and be able to think for himself. The ideology shift is enormous, and it is occuring right now. The Church calls this transistional period the End of Days - referring not to the end of the world, but to the end of our current Age.
With the Sangreal documents gone, all evidence will be lost. The Church will have won their age-old war to rewrite history. The past will be erased forever.
The key to the Grail is hidden beneath the sign of the Rose. Beneath the rose = sub rosa = secret.
King Arthur's mythical, Grail-rich Isle of Avalon was now believed to be none other than Glastonbury, England.
The roots of iambic pentameter are deeply pagan. Iambs. Two syllables with opposite emphasis. Stressed and unstressed. Yin yang. A balanced pair. Arranged in strings of five. Pentameter. Five for the pentacle of Venus and the sacred feminine.
The Priory had considered English the only European pure language. Unlike French, Spanish and Italian, which were rooted in Latin - the tongue of the Vatican - English was linguistically removed from Rome's propaganda machine, and therefore became a sacred, secret tongue for those brotherhoods educated enough to learn it.

Hieros Gamos means sacred union. Historically, intercourse was the act through which male and female experienced God. The ancients believed that the male was spiritually incomplete until he had carnal knowledge of the sacred feminine. Physical union with the female remained the sole means through which man could become spiritually complete and ultimately achieve gnosis - knowledge of the divine. Since the days of Isis, sex rites had been considered man's only bridge from earth to heaven. By communing with woman, man could achieve a climactic instant when his mind went totally blank and he could see God. Orgasm as prayer. Physiologically speaking, the male climax is accompanied by a split second entirely devoid of thought. A brief mental vacuum. A moment of clarity during which God could be glimpsed. Meditation gurus achieve similar states of thoughtlessness without sex and often describe Nirvana as a never-ending spiritual orgasm.
For the early Church, mankind's use of sex to commune directly to God posed a serious threat to the Catholic power base. It left the Church out of the loop, undermining their self-proclaimed status as the sole conduit to God. For obvious reasons, they worked hard to demonize sex and recast it as a disgusting and sinful act. Other major religions did the same.
Baphomet is a pagan fertility god associated with the creative force of reproduction. Baphomet's head is represented as that of a ram or goat, a common symbol of reproduction and fecundity. A ritual in honor of Baphomet honored the creative magic of sexual union, but Pope Clement convinced everyone that Baphomet's head was in fact that of the devil. The modern belief in a horned devil known as Satan can be traced back to Baphomet and the Church's attempts to recast the horned fertility god as a symbol of evil. The Church has succeeded, although not entirely. Baphomet appears in group photos every time some joker rasies two fingers behind a friend's head in the V-symbol of horns.
For years, religious scholars had been baffled by biblical references to a city called Sheshach. The city did not appear on any map nor in any other document, and yet it was mentioned repeatedly in the Book of Jeremiah - the King of Sheshach, the city of Sheshach, the people of Sheshach. Finally, a scholar applied the Atbash Cipher to the word and revealed that Sheshach was in fact a code word for the city Babel. Within weeks, several more Atbash code words were uncovered in the Old Testament, unveiling hidden meanings that scholars had no idea were there.
When the Atbash Cipher is applied to the Hebrew form of "Baphomet", you get an ancient word for wisdom: "Sofya." "Sophia" means "wisdom" in Greek.

Rosslyn Chapel - often called the Cathedral of Codes - stands seven miles south of Edinburgh, Scotland, on the site of an ancient Mithraic temple.
Built by the Knights Templar in 1446, the chapel is engraved with a mind-boggling array of symbols from the Jewish, Christian, Egyptian, Masonic, and pagan traditions. The chapel's geographic coordinates fall precisely on the north-south meridian that runs through Glastonbury. This longitudinal Rose Line is the traditional marker of King Arthur's Isle of Avalon and is considered the central pillar of Britain's sacred geometry. It is from this hallowed Rose Line that Rosslyn - originally spelled Roslin - takes its name.
Recently, ground-penetrating radar revealed the presence of an astonishing structure beneath the chapel - a massive subterranean chamber. Not only did this deep vault dwarf the chapel atop it, but it appeared to have no entrance or exit. The Rosslyn Trust expressly forbids any excavation of the sacred site.
On the floor of the chapel was a Star of David, or a pentagram, carved into the floor by countless footsteps connecting the lines. Also known as Solomon's Seal, it had been the secret symbol of the star-gazing priests and was later adopted by the Israelite kings - David and Solomon.
Rosslyn itself is an exact copy of Solomon's Temple. Within it are two pillars - the left is called Boaz, the Mason's pillar, and has simple vertical lines. The right is called Jachin, the Apprentice pillar, and has an ornate flowery spiral pattern. Virtually every Masonic temple has two pillars like these.
Among Rosslyn's numerous mysteries is a vaulted archway from which hundreds of stone blocks protrude, jutting down to form a bizarre multifaceted surface. Each block was carved with a symbol, seemingly at random, creating a cipher of unfathomable proportion. Some people believe the code reveals the entrance to the vault beneath the chapel. The Rosslyn Trust offers a generous reward to anyone who can unveil the secret meaning.
The famous royal arcade in France, on Rue Richelieu, has several bronze medallions embedded in the ground in a perfectly straight line. Each disk is five inches in diameter and embossed woth the letters N and S: Nord and Sud, North and South. The streets of Paris are adorned with 135 of these bronze markers, embedded in sidewalks, courtyards, and streets, on a north-south axis across the city mapping the Earth's original prime meridian, the first zero longitude, the ancient Rose Line. The line goes to the Louvre Pyramid, commissioned by the mysterious Francois Mitterrand. The Line also cuts across the Carrousel du Louvre - the enormous circle of grass surrounded by a perimeter of neatly trimmed hedges - once the site of Paris's primeval nature-worshipping festivals...joyous rites to celebrate fertility and the Goddess. In the center of this circle, plunging into the earth like a crystal chasmm gapes a giant inverted pyramid of glass, la Pyramide Inversee. Within the Louvre, directly beneath the tip of the inverted pyramid, stands a three-foot pyramid protruding up through the floor as though it were the tip of an iceberg - the apex of an enormous, pyramidical vault, submerged below like a hidden chamber.
